November 23, 2022 – U.S. Radiator has signed a multi-year partnership with NASCAR Cup Series driver William Byron. The Alabama-based company will debut as the primary sponsor of Byron’s Super Late Model for the 2022 Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway in December. They will also adorn the hood and quarter panels of the No. 24 late model at the 2023 Snowball Derby and one additional to-be-determined 2023 race and will be an associate sponsor on all of Byron’s late model entries in 2023. U.S Radiator produces American-made radiators and cooling systems, specializing in but not limited to high-performance street rods and custom cars.

The four-time NASCAR Cup Series winner and the 2017 NASCAR Xfinity Series champion returned to grass-roots racing in 2022 running a 10-race schedule with Wilson Motorsports. He kicked off a dominant season in the No. 24 super late model winning six of his first seven events, including the prestigious Slinger Nationals at Slinger Speedway and the Money in the Bank 150 at Berlin Raceway – both at his first ever visit to each track.
“I’m excited to have U.S. Radiator join us for the (Snowball) Derby this year and for next year. They’re new to racing and we plan to give them a great experience,” Byron said. “I’ve really loved racing the Super Late Model this year with Wilson Motorsports. The guys have put together great cars and we’ve had lots of success with six wins. We’re looking to continue that with the Snowball Derby and more next year.”
Byron and the No. 24 U.S. Radiator Super Late Model will debut on track at Five Flags Speedway on Friday, December 2 with the 55th Annual Snowball Derby taking place on Sunday, December 4.
